A quick post to wish everyone a Happy Halloween!
We won’t be doing anything at my home. We have candy waiting for potential kids but haven’t seen one yet :-/
In any case, since I have been technically unemployed for a couple of days now, I decided to bake some cookies and try to decorate them. I was armed with Halloween molds, food coloring and fancy sugars, but I’m a bit disappointed by the result compared to the time it took me! I don’t think I am patient enough…
Last year, I had bought some special cupcakes at my favorite cupcake bakery. Didn’t they look spooky?

Thanks :-) But only the cookies were mine. The cupcakes were from the bakery mentioned in the post. I have a LONG way to go before I can make such cupcakes!
The funny thing about cookies and cupcakes is that no matter how disappointed you may be in them, kids are very forgiving and will love whatever you make!
