Here’s a simple recipe for a deliciously and outrageously purple smoothie.
It can be made and served very quickly to guests and family alike. I find the color itself to have a boosting effect and it’s a healthy snack!

Serves 2 big glasses
– 2 cups soy milk
– 2 cups frozen blueberries
– 1 cup frozen cranberries

Put everything in a blender (milk first), blend. And enjoy!
